世の中には、感情で批判してくる人、前提を勘違いしたまま意味不明の反論する人、上から目線で「説明せよ」と言う人が多くいる。そういう人たちに攻撃され、怒って言い返している人や、人格否定に悩む人も多いみたい。

でもね、怒る価値のない相手に大切な精神力を消耗するのは、めちゃくちゃボランティア精神のある人がすることだと思うよ。一度しかない人生で、何の人間的な魅力も感じない人のために、限られた時間と多大な精神力をプレゼントするなんて、なんという気前の良さだろう。

僕は、「どっちにしろ大切な人にならない相手」に、「自分の正しさを証明」するために反論しながら生きていたいと思わない。人生がもったいないから。
