お前が若かった時代と今とでは、状況が違い過ぎるじゃろ。景気が良かった時代を肌で感じてない世代の奴らに「希望や目標を持て」なんて、そら通じんわ。

お前の言い分も分からなくはないが、上の人間として指導するやり方っちゅうもんがあるじゃろう。こんな先行きが分からない時代に、頭ごなしに言い聞かせようとしたって無理があるわ。仮に部下がお前の言うとおりに従ったとしても、幸せになれるかどうか分からんじゃろう。

下にいる若いモンは上の人間をよく見とる。「あの人のようになりたい」と思えば、本来は従うもんじゃ。お前の会社の若い衆がそうならないんなら、お前が魅力的に見えないんじゃねぇのか？
